Conferences

National GEAR conferences are held early each year at Swanwick (Derbyshire) and at Sidmouth (Devon). These are a major part of our ministry, providing teaching, worship and friendship - to inspire, encourage and enrich your faith.



Swanwick 2009 Conference

Friday 20th February (tea time)
to Sunday 22th February (late afternoon).


"Prayer"


Guest speaker is Rachel Hickson. She is an internationally respected prayer leader, Bible teacher, and sought-after speaker. She has developed successful prayer and prophetic school training programs and teaches all over the world. She and her husband, Gordon, live in Oxford, England, and spend several months ministering and speaking in the United States each year.

The weekend will include opportunities for worship, fellowship and relaxation as well as teaching, with Children's activities for 5-14s and creche for under 5s.

Cost for the conference will be a small increase on the 2008 price of £135 for adults, with reductions for children. For booking form contact the Administrative Secretary.



Sidmouth 2009 Conference

Friday 23rd January (tea time) to
Sunday 25th January (late afternoon).


"The Bible"


Our guest speaker is Jim Graham, a regular speaker at Spring Harvest. Having been Senior Pastor at Goldhill Baptist Church for over 28 years he is currently their Director of External Ministries, and is also the author of several books.

Cost for the conference will be a small increase on the 2008 prices of £112.00 (en-suite) and £100.00 (standard) with reductions for children. Daily rates also available. For a booking form please contact the Conference Secretary.
