Becoming a Partner with GEAR

Our Partners covenant with us to provide the prayer, participation and finances that enable GEAR to serve the URC. As a voluntary network we are totally dependent on the support of these people and churches.

If you are part of the URC and support our Aims, please do consider joining our 400-plus Partners. Your direct interest and prayer support would be a great help at this important time in our church’s life.

As a Partner you receive:

  • In GEAR magazine three times a year
  • Our prayer letter four times a year

…and you help us to:

  • Pray for the life and renewal of the URC
  • Provide teaching and support to foster evangelism and renewal
  • Provide ERAs as an investment into our denomination
  • Ensure that evangelical and charismatic faith is not ignored by the URC

Together we can make a difference.

How to become a GEAR Partner

Becoming a Partner of GEAR is open to everyone in the URC who support our Aims, and is open to churches as well as individuals. We covenant to pray for, support and identify with those Aims. There is no ‘fee’ – Partners are encouraged to pray each year about about an appropriate donation to help finance the work. Donations that are Gift-Aided enable us to accomplish even more.
