Refreshing Your Ministry 2027

5th – 7th October 2027
The Hayes Conference Centre, Swanwick.

This gathering builds on the previous successful events in recent years and includes teaching input, Bible studies and worship, space for prayer plus available down-time with colleagues away from regular responsibilities. This is for serving URC ministers, Ministers of other denominations serving in an LEP, CRCWs, and also includes Local Leaders considered active by their synod and Retired ministers who are considered to be active by their Synod.

Rev Chris Haynes is an American missionary working in Prague, Czechia. He is an elder of the International Baptist Church of Prague, and is PRMI’s Liaison to the Vatican. He has recently worked on preparing a fresh edition of R.A. Torrey’s classic The Baptism with the Holy Spirit which will also connect Torrey’s work and lineage with the Dunamis Project (Ben Torrey, Director of Dunamis Fellowship Korea, has written the Foreword). Chris is also translating this into multiple other languages. He has been on mission teams to several countries, and has numerous testimonies of cooperating with the Holy Spirit and seeing Him at work in guidance, healings and conversions. He runs the Alpha Course in Czech for students, and uses the Narnia Chronicles as a helpful conversation-starter for Czech-speakers who are learning English.
